How a Biased Jury Acquitted Hillary Clinton’s Lawyer

One of the jurors believed that the case should not have been prosecuted, stating “there are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI.”

First, we know a couple of things at this point. Trump was spied on. The gathered data was then manipulated to make it look like Trump was colluding with Russia. Hillary then directly approved the plan to deliver the data to the media and the FBI.

Michael Sussman, who worked for the Clinton campaign, personally delivered the information to the FBI without disclosing his relationship with the campaign. He was just acquitted on a charge of lying to the FBI.

Why was Sussman acquitted? The jury contained three Clinton donors, an AOC donor, and a woman whose daughter played on the same high school sports team as Sussman’s. This isn’t abnormal—ninety percent of D.C. voted for Clinton.

Many point to a developing two-tiered justice system. Journalist Julie Kelly at American Greatness highlights the case of Tim Hale—a nonviolent protestor who walked into the capitol on Jan 6 with no criminal record. He’s been in jail for more than 16 months. There are dozens of cases like his.
