Warning: This article covers sexually explicit and disturbing material.

What happened: The dean of students at Francis W. Parker School, a top private K-12 school in Chicago, told an undercover journalist about school events that introduce students to LGBT sexual lifestyles and sex toys.

What they’re teaching: Dean Joseph Bruno said an “LGBTQ+ Health Center” came during “Pride Week,” “passing around butt-plugs and dildos” to high school students and discussing things like “using lube versus using spit.” “The kids are just playing with ‘em, looking at ‘em … They're like, ‘How does this butt-plug work?’ … That’s a really cool part of my job,” Bruno said.

Little oversight: The dean noted that he has “so much freedom” in organizing school events and “so much money to do stuff” and that there was no need to get events approved by the board of trustees because “they would be like, ‘Oh my God, that’s wonderful!’” The school later claimed that “far-right activist[s]” took his words out of context.

Why it matters: A Chicago children’s hospital has also been exposed for partnering with school districts to promote a “kid-friendly website for gender-affirming gear” and a “sex shop for teens.” As sexually explicit materials continue to be pushed onto high schoolers and even younger students, the progressive movement’s promotion of sexuality and LGBT ideology on youth is ever more clear.
