Soros Defends His Prosecutors as Crime Rises

Leftist billionaire George Soros took a moment to defend funding progressive prosecutors across the nation.

Soros’s hobby of funding progressive prosecutors: Through his network of political action organizations, Soros has given more than $40 million to left-wing district attorney candidates.

Soros defended himself in a Wall Street Journal op-ed. He argues that he’s concerned about crime and that public safety is vital. He also states that there’s no evidence to prove that his progressive prosecutors are causing crime spikes. On the contrary, he argues that they’re necessary for social justice. He blames the spiking crime on lockdown-induced mental illness and doubles down on his efforts.

What’s the result of his efforts? Soros’ prosecutors limit incarceration and prosecution in the name of “social justice,” which causes preventable violent crime in liberal cities. The Waukesha Massacre was in part caused by a Soros-linked DA who let the violent offender out on bail. For this reason, Americans living in crime-ridden cities are coming together to oust Soros-backed politicians.

Big picture: There’s a battle over the criminal justice system in America. Ideological actors like Soros push for progressive criminal reform but never experience the consequences. Those who do are usually innocent Americans.
