Civilian Casualties - A Biden-ordered airstrike killed ten family members while attempting to take out an “imminent” threat from an ISIS-K bombing “facilitator.” The details are murky; officials claim a secondary explosion killed them, while the Ahmadi family claims the husband had just returned from work and was being greeted by his children at the time of the airstrike. Ten family members were killed, six of them children. [Breitbart, AP]

Didn’t take the shot - The former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense claims the US had a lethal drone aimed at the Kabul Airport suicide bomber but was ordered to stand down.  [WJ]

Prior knowledge about the bombing - Bombshell reports have alleged the US government and Intel services knew about the Abbey Gate bombing at Kabul Airport in advance, which killed over a dozen US servicemen. [RaidTeamCo, RT]

Legitimizing the Taliban - The Biden administration’s top diplomat has floated the idea of working with the Taliban on “vital national interest[s].” We may give them USAID soon. EU officials are pondering conditions to work with the Taliban and recognize them as Afghanistan’s government. [Defense One, AP]

Child brides for asylum - US officials are investigating reports of “child bride cases,” in which Afghani refugees may be claiming kids that are not theirs to get asylum in the States. [WBTV]

Incoming civil war - Gen. Mark Milley believes that the conditions in Afghanistan will deteriorate into a civil war. [RealClearPolitics]

50,000 Refugees - DHS Secretary claims that more than 50,000 Afghans will be resettled into the United States. [CBS]

CHINA LIMITS VIDEO GAMES - China implemented regulations barring kids from playing video games for more than 3 hours per week. Children are allowed to play between 8-9 pm on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays. [AP]


TEXAS HEARTBEAT BILL PASSES - The bill will ban abortions after a heartbeat is detected, with an exception if the mother’s health is at risk. The court voted 5-4 to keep the bill as is. Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and ACB all voted for it to go through.


PROFESSOR WINS SUIT - A George Mason Law Professor will be allowed to keep working on campus unvaccinated after battling the school’s vaccine mandate. The professor recovered from covid-19 in March 2020 and has displayed natural immunity on multiple occasions via antibody testing. [HRDrive, CBN]

JABS FOR KIDS - NIH director Dr. Fauci has stated it’s a “good idea” to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for children to go to school. Pfizer is planning on presenting safety data on children aged 5-11 to the FDA next month. [Business Insider]

DOUBLE THE NUMBER OF PREVIOUSLY INFECTED - CNN reported that approximately double the number of US citizens have been exposed to COVID-19 and have natural immunity than previously recorded by the CDC. More than 80% of US citizens aged 16+ have some form of natural immunity. [CNN]

PFIZER DAILY - Pfizer announced an oral antiviral pill in stage 2/3 trials that can be taken daily to fight COVID. [The Hill]

CONTAMINATED VACCINE BATCH PULLED - Japanese health regulators have pulled another 1M+ doses of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine due to stainless steel contaminants. [Reuters]

FDA VAX OFFICIALS STEP DOWN - Two senior FDA vaccine officials have stepped down following a disagreement over vaccine booster shots. This comes as federal health authorities advise the White House to slow down booster shot rollouts. [CNBC]

NO VAX, NO COLLEGE - Virginia Tech disenrolled over 100 students for not getting the covid-19 vaccine. Those who did not meet the deadline or present exemption papers will no longer attend the VA school. Separately, NY public university covid vaccine mandates do not have an exemption option. [NY Post]

AUSTRALIA GOES FULL 1984 - The Australian senate passed a controversial mass surveillance law that allows the feds to access anyone’s phone at any time, without a warrant. In South Australia, feds can send a text to a person’s phone in which the owner must reply within 15min with a picture of their face in the location their GPS says they are in, with a mask on. If one fails to meet the 15min deadline, police will come to do a “follow-up.” [ReclaimTheNet]

CA BAIT AND SWITCH - The CA state senate may “gut and amend” a traffic regulation bill (AB 455) to include a covid-19 vaccine mandate. [Fox]

FLYNN VS CHASE - General Michael Flynn was banned from using Chase Bank due to “reputational risk.” His credit cards were closed. Chase Bank has since stated the letter was authentic but was sent “in error” and apologized.  [Regina Hicks]

MATT GAETZ EXONERATED - The FBI has now indicted the man who attempted to extort $25M from the Gaetz family to cover up supposed sex trafficking allegations. [Justice.gov, Townhall]

LESSER PENALTIES FOR TRAFFICKERS - The Biden administration has proposed easing back penalties on fentanyl traffickers. [The Daily Caller]

ROLLING STONE LIES - Rolling Stone magazine has been criticized for falsely claiming an Oklahoma ER was being filled with people taking too much Ivermectin. The hospital made a statement saying the claims are false. [Daily Caller]

SOCIAL SECURITY TIME BOMB - Social Security’s latest report says it will not have the funds to keep paying benefits in full by 2034. [CNBC]

PURDUE DISSOLVED, SACKLER TO PAY  - Purdue Pharma, the maker of OxyContin, has been dissolved as a judge ordered the Sackler family to pay $4.5B in opioid claims. [NYT]


SECURITY EXPERTS CALL FOR AUDIT - Security experts call for a “rigorous” evaluation of the CA recall election amid “increased risk” from a software breach. [AP]

ALL EYES ON CA - Larry Elder is ahead in polling two weeks out from the CA recall election against Gavin Newsom. [Newsweek]


MCCARTHY PUTS FOOT DOWN - The Jan 6. special committee requested information from 35 different technology firms. They want information from high-ranking individuals involved. McCarthy stated he would retaliate against any company that complies. [NYTIMES]

QANON SHAMAN PLEADS GUILTY - Jacob Chanseley, who was in the Senate chamber wearing horns, pleaded guilty to a felony charge. He could face 41 to 51 months in prison. [NPR]

LIZ CHENEY IN CHARGE - RINO Liz Cheney was selected to be the vice-chair of the House January 6 Committee. Those in charge will now be able to call it a ‘bipartisan’ effort. [CBS]
