- $33,000,000 to the Economic Support Fund for Communist Venezuela
- $505,925,000 for Latin America And The Caribbean
- $1.4 billion for "Asia Reassurance Initiative Act"
- $132,025,000 for the country of Georgia
- $3,047,612,000 for the Afghanistan Security Forces Fund
- $461,375,000 for Columbia
- $135 million to Burma
- $85.5 million to Cambodia
- $453,000,000 in aid to Ukraine
- $130 million to Nepal
- $700 million to Sudan
- $25M to Pakistan
- $193 million for federal HIV/AIDS workers stationed abroad to buy new cars
Domestic Spending
- $40,000,000 for the Kennedy Center
- $154,000,000 for the National Gallery of Art
- $818,192,000 for the Smithsonian
- $167,000,000 for Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities
- $14,000,000 For W. Wilson Center
- $1.5 million for the Appropriations Committee’s “Office of Diversity and Inclusion”
